Although our final product is locally grown, all natural, premium beef, we take pride in every step of the process.  It is an honor to be a part of a working family farm that has now provided for over five generations of the Walker family.  Over the years, this land has produced cotton, chickens, dairy cows, beef cows, hay, and timber.  We now strive to produce a superior beef product for people to enjoy.  The responsibility to raise and care for our cattle and to manage each acre of land as best we can is one that we don’t take lightly.  For the next generation, our goal is to leave the land in a better condition than which we received it.

With over 20 years of experience managing natural resources professionally, we have developed a strong belief in more unconventional farming methods that focus on regenerative agriculture.  The soil is a living and breathing ecosystem that sustains plants, animals, and humans.  If managed properly, this living and breathing soil is able to produce highly nutritious forage.  Although not possible for humans, cows have the God given ability to digest these forages and turn them into a healthy and nutritious food product.  To sustain this process, each farming decision we make is guided by the 5 Principles of Soil Health:
